Masai Mara & Ol Malo

Day 01

Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to your hotel for the night which is conveniently close to the airport, ready to travel to the domestic airport early the next morning. 

Day 02

Transfer to Wilson Airport and fly to the Masai Mara by light aircraft. Enjoy a scenic game drive from the airstrip to your camp; Saruni Mara. The camp welcomes children of all ages and offers a two bedroom family villa and a private villa with three bedrooms. 

Day 03

Explore the remote area surrounding the camp within the Mara North Conservancy on game drives, looking out for Big 5. Take in sweeping grassland plains, teeming with wildlife. 

Day 04

For a unique experience, families with children over the age of 6 can join the 'Warriors Academy' and learn about the local wilderness and Maasai culture in Warrior class. Families will learn survival skills, visit a local village, hear Maasai stories and gain an unforgettable insight into the Maasai. 

Day 05

Fly to Ol Malo in the Laikipia Plateau at the foothills of Mount Kenya. After a scenic drive settle in to your camp, Ol Malo. The lodge offers a variety of accommodation and room configurations for families and larger groups. 

Day 06 - 08

Explore the Ol Malo.  The adventure lodge offers a host of activities that are suitable for all ages, from guided bush walks and bicycle rides to horse riding and game drives. Guests are encouraged to learn about the local Samburu communities through beading workshops and cultural visits. 

Day 09

Travel to Nairobi to begin your journey home, with memories that are sure to last a lifetime.
