Day 01

Arrive in Victoria Falls for an unforgettable start to your trip. Settle into your lodge, Victoria Falls River Lodge.  Set on the banks of the Zambezi River, and as the first private game lodge within the Zambezi National Park, the lodge has a prime position for exploring the falls and surrounding wildlife. 

Day 02

Spend your day visiting the falls and enjoying a guided tour. If you visit during the dry season, explore closer to the dramatic rock face and see the craggy formation that is often below thundering water.  During times when the river level is high, you can hear the thundering water flow and see the distinctive rising spray from a surprising distance. 

Day 03

Enjoy a scenic cruise along the Zambezi River. Whether you prefer to cruise at sunrise or the sunset, the banks of the river bring a variety of wildlife. 

Day 04

Continue to Hwange National Park and the next camp on your adventure; Somalisa Camp. 

Day 05 - 06

Explore Hwange National Park with the expert guides at Somalisa Camp.  The park is rich in wildlife, with animals including large herds of elephant, leopard, lions, cheetah and wild dogs spotted throughout the bush. 

Day 07

Fly on to your next destination, Bumi Hills Safari Lodge. Set high on the hills in northern Zimbabwe with sweeping views of Lake Kariba, one of the world's largest reservoirs, this is a stunning location. 

Day 08 - 09

Enjoy game drives and walking safaris in Matusadona National Park, where you can find leopards, lions, elephants and more on land. Look out for hippos, crocodiles and varied birdlife on Lake Kariba, enjoying boat safaris and even fishing trips. 

Day 10

Travel by light aircraft to your final location, Mana Pools National Park and Chikwenya Camp. Mana Pools is a remote park in northern Zimbabwe, bordering the Zambezi River, and is another area that offers incredible wildlife sightings and rugged wilderness. 

Day 11 - 12

Alongside game drives, explore the park on foot with a walking safari or with a river cruise along the Zambezi. Look out for wildlife ranging from lions and wild dogs, to the unusual 'standing' elephants - rarely seen in other locations, the elephants of Mana Pool can be seen standing on their hind legs reaching for food. 

Day 13

After a memorable adventure across Zimbabwe, travel back home.
