Camp Kipwe is a unique eco-lodge in the Huab Valley. Nestled among massive granite boulders, it blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings. The lodge’s design takes inspiration from the environment, with natural materials like stone and thatch used to construct its domed, cave-like accommodations.
The camp’s 12 bungalows and suites all have open-air bathrooms that offer breathtaking views of the star-filled skies and the surrounding terrain while still ensuring privacy. That said, for the best choice of boutique lodges and the most sought-after properties, we recommend beginning the planning process around nine months to a year ahead, allowing the widest possible access to availability and experiences. For certain safari lodges and iconic seasonal moments, such as Japan’s cherry blossom season, we would advise planning up to two years in advance.
