Chisa Busanga Camp is a unique camp, set in the remote and breathtaking Busanga Plains of Zambia’s Kafue National Park. The distinctive rooms are called ‘nests’ for a reason, with each of the four suites made from local materials and inspired by weaver bird nests. Each suite has panoramic views of the vast Busanga Plains with luxurious touches, including en-suite bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers, comfortable beds, and private decks. That said, for the best choice of boutique lodges and the most sought-after properties, we recommend beginning the planning process around nine months to a year ahead, allowing the widest possible access to availability and experiences. For certain safari lodges and iconic seasonal moments, such as Japan’s cherry blossom season, we would advise planning up to two years in advance.
