Nxamaseri Island Lodge is a peaceful water-based safari lodge situated on a private island in the Okavango Panhandle in northern Botswana. Surrounded by papyrus channels, lagoons, and riverine forest, the lodge offers an intimate and relaxed safari experience in one of the Delta’s most scenic regions. Accommodation consists of eight thatched chalets positioned along the water’s edge, each with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable interiors, ceiling fans, and private decks overlooking the channels.
The main lodge area includes an open-air dining space, lounge, bar, swimming pool, and shaded viewing decks where guests can unwind while watching passing birdlife and wildlife. Meals are freshly prepared and often enjoyed outdoors beneath the trees or overlooking the water.
