Shinde Camp is in the heart of the Okavango Delta. Set on a private concession and surrounded by meandering waterways and pristine floodplains, Shinde offers a classic delta experience with a blend of luxury and wilderness. The camp features eight tented suites, elevated on wooden decks with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. The tents are have en-suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, and private viewing decks. There is also a family tent is also available for families travelling together. The main lodge, or “treehouse,” features a dining area and a bar, spread across multiple levels that are all shaded by ancient jackalberry trees.Shinde offers a range of safari activities including game drives, walking safaris, and mokoro excursions— a traditional dugout canoe rides that offer a tranquil way to explore the delta. Motorboat safaris and fishing are also available, dependent on the season. The area is teeming with wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and an incredible array of bird species.
