Laba Jongomero Camp sits on the banks of a dry river, in a secluded part of Ruaha National Park. As the only camp in the area and over 60km from the nearest camp, Laba Jongomero guests are able to enjoy the surrounding area without seeing any other vehicles or visitors. While exploring Ruaha National Park in a private vehicle, guests can expect to find a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants and leopards, as well as the possibility to spot rarer Roan and Sable antelopes. Each of the tented suites sits on a large stilted deck, on the banks of Jongomero River, which is a dry river for the majority of the year. The dry river provides a beautiful place to dine, with dinner often served under the stars. Enjoy local dishes and fresh salads cooked by the excellent chef.
